Tirupati: A temple visit that was meant to be a peaceful family pilgrimage allegedly turned into a carefully planned murder conspiracy in Andhra Pradesh’s Chittoor district, leaving a young family shattered.

According to police, a 19-year-old woman and her alleged lover have been accused of plotting the murder of her husband during what appeared to be a spiritual outing. The incident has sent shockwaves across the region, raising questions over how a family trip to seek blessings allegedly became the setting for a deadly ambush.

The victim, identified as 23-year-old Ramesh, was a resident of Tamil Nadu and worked at a private firm in Hosur. He had been married to Hasini for two years, and the couple had a young daughter. Relatives reportedly described their family life as normal until investigators began probing the circumstances surrounding Ramesh’s death.

Police investigation allegedly revealed that Hasini was in a relationship with her childhood friend, 20-year-old Yugandhar, and that the two had allegedly planned to eliminate Ramesh.Location Shared Before the AttackInvestigators said Hasini persuaded Ramesh to visit the Sri Malleshwara Swamy Temple on Mallappa Konda hills along with her and their daughter. The journey, which appeared to be a family pilgrimage, allegedly became part of the plan.

While Ramesh was riding his motorcycle through the winding hill roads, Hasini allegedly shared his live location with Yugandhar through her mobile phone, helping the accused track their movement.

According to police, the alleged attack was carried out near the third hairpin bend of the hill road, where the accused were waiting. Further details of the investigation are awaited as police continue to examine the evidence and statements connected to the case.
