Ahmedabad, Gujarat : Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will visit Gujarat on August 27. During his visit to Gujarat, Amit Shah will attend a public program to be held in Amreli. After that, important review meetings will be held in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. In these meetings to be held under the chairmanship of Amit Shah, preparations for the Olympic and Commonwealth Games will be discussed and reviewed. It is likely that a detailed review will be held with the relevant officials regarding planning, infrastructure facilities and upcoming preparations in the sports sector.
During his visit to Gujarat, Amit Shah will attend a public program organized in Amreli. After that, he will hold some important review meetings in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. In these special meetings to be held under the chairmanship of Amit Shah, preparations for the upcoming Olympic and Commonwealth Games will be discussed and reviewed in depth. In this meeting, there is every possibility that a detailed review will be made with the relevant high officials regarding the long-term planning in the sports sector, development of necessary infrastructure facilities and other upcoming preparations.
The Union Minister will also interact directly with the people in his parliamentary constituency Ahmedabad. He is going to organize a ‘Lok Darbar’ at Ambli-Bopal on August 27. In this Lok Darbar, he will listen to the representations and day-to-day problems of the local people.
There will be a special discussion in this Lok Darbar regarding the serious problem of rainwater logging in Bopal and Ghuma areas after the recent heavy rains. Apart from this, intensive efforts will be made to find out other local problems of the area and solve them permanently. Amit Shah will provide necessary guidance to the local administration so that the Bopal-Ghuma area becomes completely problem-free and all kinds of convenient development takes place there.
