Jammu Kashmir : In a swift security operation early Thursday morning, Border Security Force (BSF) troops apprehended a Pakistani national who crossed the International Border (IB) in the Kanachak sector of Jammu.

According to official sources the man was intercepted by personnel from the 44th BSF Battalion near the Sohan Border Out Post (BOP) during the morning patrol.

Following the capture, the individual was immediately taken into custody. Senior BSF officers rushed to the location to assess the situation and coordinate further action.

The detainee is currently undergoing intensive interrogation to verify his identity establish his motives for crossing the border and determine if any external elements aided his infiltration.
