New Delhi ; Swatantra Bhardwaj, who had previously gone to jail following a scuffle during the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’s’ (CJP) first protest may have gone quiet after securing bail, but now his friend, Abhishek Thakur ‘Sanatani’, has stepped up in the exact same style. Just before the CJP’s second protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, Abhishek brandishing a lathi threatened to launch an attack and engage in violence at Jantar Mantar, mirroring the threats once issued by Swatantra Bhardwaj. Abhishek stated that those attacking police personnel are on their radar.

Abhishek, a supporter and friend of Swatantra Bhardwaj, issued threats while naming Sonia Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, and the CJP. He spoke of exacting revenge, alleging assaults on police personnel including female officers. In a video uploaded to his X handle, Abhishek Thakur ‘Sanatani’ said, “You must all be seeing this the ‘Sonia Sena’, the Congress party, Kejriwal, and all these cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes, and vermin assaulting Delhi Police personnel and female officers. Some are kicking them, while others are trying to harm our brothers. They are deliberately trying to provoke the Delhi Police.”

Alluding to the planned visit to Jantar Mantar on the 10th, Abhishek warned those intending to go there to be cautious. He said, “Look, we get detained too; we have protested as well. We face the same situations. Yet, we go along smiling, because we know that the Delhi Police personnel are simply doing their job.” “But these two-bit pimps and low-lifes who are coming and assaulting female police personnel turn on the cameras, because your ‘daddies’ have now entered the arena. Keep that in mind. As for the gathering you are planning at Jantar Mantar on the 10th look around you and stay very alert to your surroundings.”

Openly threatening physical violence, Abhishek claims he will “grind into the dust” anyone who misbehaves with police personnel. He also states that the “first wicket” will fall very soon, though he does not clarify exactly whom he is referring to. He said, “Whoever has misbehaved with the police or assaulted them you have all been identified. Keep in mind that you are on the radar. I am standing right here at the CP [Connaught Place], and you won’t even realize who might be standing next to you or where you might be ground into the dust. Your ‘fielding’ has been set starting today, and the first wicket will fall very soon. Sitaram, Jai Shri Ram you’d better beef up your security. Your time is running out.”
