Chief Election Commissioner pays emotional tribute by paying floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi’s statue

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Chief Election Commissioner of India Gyanesh Kumar is on a two-day visit to Gujarat from today, and his first visit was to the historic Gandhi Ashram on the banks of the Sabarmati river in Ahmedabad.

The Chief Election Commissioner paid emotional tribute by paying floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi’s statue in the ashram.

Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar also visited Gandhi’s residence, Hriday Kunj, in the Gandhi Ashram, where he witnessed the process of cutting rentio.

Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar was impressed by his visit to the Gandhi Ashram. He left a message in the visitors’ book and said, “It is an honor for me to visit this holy place from which the message of world peace and humanity has spread.”

The Chief Election Commissioner got information about the renovation project of Gandhi Ashram.

During the visit of the Chief Election Commissioner to Gandhi Ashram, state Chief Electoral Officer Sandeep Sagale, Ahmedabad Collector Bhavya Verma and other high officials were present.
