Kash Patel & Alexis Wilkins Announce Engagement After Years Together

Washington : FBI Director Kash Patel, 46, and his longtime girlfriend, country singer and political commentator Alexis Wilkins, 27, have announced their engagement, marking a new chapter in their relationship. The couple shared the news on social media on October 4, with Wilkins posting a black-and-white photograph alongside Patel while showing off her diamond engagement ring.

She accompanied the announcement with the playful caption, “Went and got the law involved,” along with heart and engagement-ring emojis. Patel subsequently shared the announcement on his own social media account, confirming the engagement.
Patel and Wilkins have reportedly been in a relationship for several years, with their romance beginning before Patel became one of the most prominent figures in US law enforcement. The couple is said to have first met through mutual friends in Nashville, and their relationship developed over time before Patel was nominated to lead the FBI.

Wilkins has previously spoken publicly about their relationship and said that Patel’s personality, honesty and shared values initially attracted her. She has also discussed their common views on patriotism and public life.

Wilkins, who has built a profile as a country music artist and political commentator, has appeared at conservative political events and released music, including her debut EP Grit. She was alongside Patel when he was sworn in as FBI Director in February 2025, putting her in the public spotlight as his partner.
