BJP forms new team focused on Gen-Z; Gujarat DyCM Harsh Sanghavi included in team
New Delhi : BJP leader Nitin Navin held the first meeting with his newly appointed team today at the party’s headquarters in Delhi. Throughout the day, three separate meetings are being held at the expanded BJP office to introduce new office-bearers, discuss nationwide programs marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public life, and deliberate on other organizational matters. It is worth noting that on August 17, Nitin Navin announced a new 65-member team, featuring 51 new faces. During these meetings, the new office-bearers will be briefed on their roles and the specific responsibilities entailed. PM Modi is also scheduled to arrive at the BJP headquarters at 7 PM today.

The BJP has formed a new team specifically targeting Gen-Z, with a plan to engage the youth. The party has named this campaign ‘Yuva Samvad’ (Youth Dialogue), aiming to connect with young people aged 14 to 25.
This new team has been constituted to facilitate dialogue with Gen-Z and will devise strategies for nationwide engagement with the youth. Notably, the team will operate under the supervision of BJP leader Nitin Navin. Its members include Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, BJP General Secretaries Smriti Irani and Vinod Tawde, and Chhattisgarh Finance Minister OP Choudhary. The BJP will soon launch an outreach program for Gen-Z, focusing on understanding their perspectives and addressing their issues. Prior to this, all Union Ministers were instructed to visit universities for a day to interact with students; BJP leaders will also visit schools.
