New Delhi : A shocking story surrounding a Chinese gaming billionaire has gone viral, with reports claiming that 48-year-old billionaire Xu Bo is the biological father of more than 300 children, many of whom were reportedly born through surrogacy in the United States. Xu, founder of online gaming company Duoyi, has reportedly described himself as “China’s first father” and has spoken about his ambition to build a huge family dynasty. The extraordinary story came to wider attention after a surrogate mother, identified as Judy, reportedly discovered that the child she was carrying was Xu’s.
According to her account, she had responded to an Instagram advertisement offering around $120,000 for becoming a surrogate mother and later signed an agreement with the surrogacy agency Patriot Conceptions. She said the agency initially described the intended parent only as a single father who wanted to expand his family. When Judy asked how many other surrogate mothers were carrying children for the same man, she was reportedly told that the number was around two dozen, leaving her stunned.
Despite the revelation, she continued with the arrangement, partly because of the financial opportunity and encouragement from her family. Reports further claim that Xu has already fathered more than 100 children through American surrogacy arrangements, while his company has also made claims about the size of his family on social media.
Even more strikingly, Xu has reportedly spoken about wanting at least 50 “high-quality” sons and has expressed an ambition of creating a vast family dynasty, with reports quoting him as saying that his children could one day marry the children of Elon Musk and expand the family lineage further. The story reportedly went viral on Chinese social media after a post by Xu’s former girlfriend, while Xu has also claimed that he is the father of more than 300 children, including around 11 children whom he has personally raised for years.
The extraordinary claims have triggered widespread curiosity and debate over surrogacy, wealth, family planning and the idea of building an enormous biological dynasty.
