Pulwama,Kashmir : In a significant step towards strengthening educational infrastructure in the Rajpora constituency, MLA Rajpora on Wednesday inaugurated the construction work of six additional classrooms at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Rahmoo.
The project aims to address the growing need for adequate classroom space and provide students with an improved learning environment. The additional classrooms are expected to ease congestion, enhance academic facilities, and support the school’s increasing enrolment.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Ghulam Mohiuddin Mir said that education remains one of the government’s top priorities and that strengthening school infrastructure is essential for ensuring quality education. He said the construction of the new classrooms would significantly improve teaching and learning conditions for both students and teachers.
He reiterated his commitment to the overall development of the Rajpora constituency, stating that every effort is being made to upgrade educational institutions with better infrastructure and modern facilities.
He assured the public that more developmental initiatives would be taken up to meet the aspirations of students and improve educational standards across the constituency.
School authorities, local residents, public representatives, and officials present on the occasion welcomed the initiative and expressed hope that the project would be completed within the stipulated timeframe, benefiting hundreds of students studying at GHSS Rahmoo.
