Rajasthan, Jodhpur : Exercise Tarang Shakti 2026 continued to strengthen international air cooperation, with senior officials from the United States and France engaging with participating air forces at Jodhpur.
US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor witnessed the jointness interoperability and camaraderie displayed by the participating air forces during the multinational exercise.
Meanwhile, Lt Gen Dominique Tardif, Vice Chief of the French Air and Space Force interacted with Exercise Director Air Vice Marshal Raj Thakur, reaffirming the close and growing cooperation between the Indian Air Force (IAF) and the French Air and Space Force.
The engagements highlighted the importance of multinational exercises such as Tarang Shakti in enhancing interoperability, operational understanding and professional exchanges among partner air forces.
The exercise also provides an opportunity for participating nations to share operational experiences and strengthen coordination across different air forces, contributing to deeper defence and strategic partnerships.
The Indian Air Force said Tarang Shakti continues to reflect the spirit of Stronger Together underscoring India’s expanding engagement with international partners in the air domain.
