PahooPulwama,J & K : MLA Pampore Constituency, Justice Hasnain Masoodi, on Friday inaugurated a smart classroom at Government High School Pahoo, reaffirming his commitment to strengthening the education sector through the adoption of modern teaching facilities.
Addressing students, teachers and local residents on the occasion, Justice Masoodi said that education and healthcare remain his top priorities. He emphasized that quality education is the foundation of a progressive society and that schools must be equipped with modern infrastructure to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.
He informed that funds from his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) have been allocated to 31 schools across the constituency for the establishment of smart classrooms. He said Government High School Pahoo is the second among these institutions where the facility has been completed and dedicated to students.
Justice Masoodi expressed hope that smart classrooms would enhance the teaching-learning process by integrating digital technology into classrooms, making lessons more interactive, engaging and effective. He urged teachers to make full use of the new facility to improve academic outcomes and prepare students for the challenges of a technology driven world.
School authorities and local residents welcomed the initiative and thanked the MLA for prioritizing educational development. They said the introduction of smart classroom facilities would greatly benefit students by providing access to modern learning methods and digital educational resources.
The event was attended by officials from the Education Department, school staff, students and members of the local community, who appreciated the initiative aimed at upgrading educational infrastructure in the area.
