Arunachal Pradesh : The Indian Army assisted in the recovery of a Mahindra Bolero that had fallen into a valley along the Jang–Mago Road in Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang district area.
Taking to X Khandu thanked the Indian Army for its timely response and assistance in the recovery operation. He said the vehicle was successfully brought back with the help of two Army recovery trucks.
The Chief Minister appreciated the Army personnel for their prompt action and dedicated efforts describing the assistance as an example of strong civil-military relations and the force’s commitment to supporting civilians in times of need.
Khandu said the Army’s intervention reflected its continued role in assisting people in difficult situations and ensuring timely support in remote and challenging areas of the state.
The recovery operation also highlights the close coordination between the civil administration and the armed forces in Arunachal Pradesh, particularly in the state’s remote and strategically important border areas.
Expressing his gratitude, the Chief Minister said the Indian Army had once again demonstrated its commitment to standing by the people when needed.
