Jammu Kashmir : Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) G P Singh during his tour of Jammu and Kashmir visited the CRPF Group Centre at Bantalab in Jammu and reviewed the ongoing plans for a multipurpose hall.

The CRPF DG inspected the proposed project site along with the Special Director General, J&K Zone, and Inspector General, Jammu Sector, and interacted with key stakeholders associated with the project.

During the visit, Singh directed the concerned officers to expedite the execution of the project and ensure its timely completion.

The proposed multipurpose hall is aimed at addressing a long-standing requirement of serving and retired CRPF officers and personnel posted in or settled around Jammu.

The facility, once completed, is expected to provide a dedicated space for various activities and programmes for the CRPF community in the Jammu Division.
